Additional commercial terms may apply to corporate, wholesale, hospitality, retail, wedding, event, or bulk orders.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Production begins only after final approval of specifications and any required advance payment.
Approved artwork, branding, quantities, fragrances, and packaging cannot be modified once production has commenced.
Manufacturing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size and production capacity.
Minor manufacturing tolerances appropriate to handcrafted production may apply.
